Hilight System

Overview

The Hilight gas plant gathers, compresses and processes natural gas from several fields throughout the Powder River Basin in Northeast Wyoming. Gas is processed at the plant using a refrigeration technique with complete fractionation. Purity products are marketed locally, for the most part. While the system primarily serves the greater Hilight field, it also gathers gas from Kitty, Amos Draw, Spearhead Ranch, Hartzog Draw, Pinetree, Moore, Porcupine and several adjacent fields. WES owns 100% of Hilight and is the physical operator.
