Haley Gathering System
Overview
The 120-mile Haley Gathering System provides gathering and dehydration services in Loving County, Texas and gathers a portion of Anadarko's and third-party production from the Delaware Basin. Anadarko's production represented approximately 66% of the Haley gathering system's throughput for the nine month period ended September 30, 2012. The remaining throughput is attributable to Anadarko's partner in the Haley area.

Brasada Plant
Overview
The Brasada Gas Processing Plant is under construction near the town of Cotulla in La Salle County to process gas from Anadarko's Eagle Ford development. The Brasada Plant will consist of a 200 MMCf/d cryogenic plant, condensate stabilization and treating facilities, as well as associated wet gas and condensate pipelines. Plant start-up is estimated for the second quarter of 2013.
