Robert G. Gwin Chairman of the Board
|
Robert G. Gwin has served as Chairman of the Board of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since October 2009 and has been a director since August 2007. Mr. Gwin also served as President of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP from August 2007 to September 2009 and as Chief Executive Officer from August 2007 to January 2010. Mr. Gwin has served as Chairman of the Board of the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since September 2012. Mr. Gwin is Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He joined Anadarko in January 2006 as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer and was named Senior Vice President in March 2008. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (NYSE: LYB) and serves on the Boards of The Greater Houston Partnership, Theatre Under the Stars (TUTS) and Communities in Schools (CIS). Mr. Gwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. |
Milton Carroll

Mr. Carroll has served as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since April 2008, and currently serves as Chairman of the special committee of the board of directors. He also currently serves as Chairman of Houston-based CenterPoint Energy, Inc., where he has been a director since 1992. Mr. Carroll is Chairman and founder of Instrument Products, Inc., an oil-tool manufacturing company in Houston, Texas. He also serves as Chairman of Health Care Services Corporation (a Chicago-based company operating through its Blue Cross and Blue Shield divisions in Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico) and as a director of Halliburton Company, LyondellBasell Industries N.V. and LRR Energy, L.P. Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Texas Southern University. |
Anthony R. Chase

Mr. Chase has served as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since April 2008, and currently serves as a member of the special and audit committees of the board of directors. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChaseSource, L.P., a Houston-based staffing firm. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChaseCom, L.P., a global customer relationship management and staffing services company until its sale in 2007 to AT&T. Mr. Chase has also been a Professor of Law at the University of Houston since 1991. He currently serves on the board of directors of AVI BioPharma, Inc. and from 1999 to August 2010 he served as a director of Cornell Companies. From July 2004 to July 2008, Mr. Chase served as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and also served as its Deputy Chairman from 2006 until his departure in July 2008. Mr. Chase also serves as Chairman of the Greater Houston Partnership. Mr. Chase holds Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from Harvard University. |
James R. Crane

Mr. Crane has served as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since April 2008, and currently serves as a member of the special and audit committees of the board of directors. In November 2011, Mr. Crane became the principal owner and Chairman of the Houston Astros Baseball Club. Mr. Crane is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crane Capital Group, Inc., an investment management company he founded. Crane Capital Group currently invests in transportation, power distribution, real estate and asset management. Its holdings include Crane Worldwide Logistics, a premier global provider of customized transportation and logistics services with 54 offices in 20 countries, and Champion Energy Services, a retail electric provider. Mr. Crane was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EGL, Inc., global transportation, supply chain management and information services company based in Houston, Texas, from 1984 until its sale in August 2007. Mr. Crane also serves on the board of directors of Nabors Industries Ltd., an international drilling contractor and well-services provider. Mr. Crane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Safety from University of Central Missouri. |
Charles A. Meloy

Charles A. "Chuck" Meloy has served as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since February 2009 and as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since September 2012. He also served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Onshore Exploration and Production of Anadarko since July 2012, and as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations for Anadarko from December 2006 to July 2012. He joined the company in August 2006 as Senior Vice President, Deepwater and International Operations.
Mr. Meloy brings over 20 years of offshore technical and leadership experience to this position. He had served since July 2005 as Vice President of Exploration and Production at Kerr-McGee Corporation, prior to its acquisition by Anadarko. Meloy was Vice President of Gulf of Mexico exploration, production and development from 2004 to 2005, was Vice President and Managing Director of North Sea operations from 2002 to 2004, and held several other deepwater Gulf of Mexico management positions at Kerr-McGee beginning in 1999.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Meloy held various planning, operations, deepwater and reservoir engineering positions with Oryx Energy Company and its predecessor, Sun Oil Company. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. Meloy serves on the board of directors of the Independent Producers of America Association and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and Texas Professional Engineers. |
Robert K. Reeves

Mr. Reeves has served as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since August 2007 and as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since September 2012. He has also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Anadarko since February 2007. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Law and Chief Governance Officer beginning in 2004. He has also served as a director of Key Energy Services, Inc., a publicly-traded oilfied services company, since October 2007. Prior to joining Anadarko, he served as Executive Vice President, Administration and General Counsel of North Sea New Ventures from 2003 to 2004 and as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ocean Energy, Inc. and its predecessor companies from 1997 to 2003. Mr. Reeves holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University. |
Donald R. Sinclair President and Chief Executive Officer

Donald R. Sinclair has served as President and as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since October 2009. In January 2010, he also became the Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP. Mr. Sinclair has served as a director and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since September 2012.
Prior to joining Western Gas, Mr. Sinclair was a founding partner and served as President of Ceritas Energy, LLC, a midstream energy company headquartered in Houston with operations in Texas, Wyoming and Utah from February 2003 to September 2009.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Sinclair was President of Duke Energy Trading and Marketing LLC, one of the nation's largest marketers of natural gas and wholesale electric power, and served as Chairman of the Energy Risk Committee for Duke Energy Corporation. Prior to joining Duke, Mr. Sinclair served as Senior Vice President of Tenneco Energy and as President of Tenneco Energy Resources. Previously, as one of the original principals and officers at Dynegy, Inc. (formerly NGC Corporation), he served for eight years in various officer positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, where he was in charge of all risk management activities and commercial operations. |
David J. Tudor

Mr. Tudor has served as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP since April 2008, and currently serves as Chairman of the audit committee of the board of directors. Mr. Tudor also served on the special committee of the board of directors of Western Gas Partners, LP’s general partner from April 2008 to December 2012. Mr. Tudor also has served as a director of the general partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since December 2012, and currently serves as Chairman of the audit committee of the board of directors. Since 1999, he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of ACES Power Marketing, an Indianapolis-based commodity risk management company owned by 19 generation and transmission cooperatives throughout the United States. Prior to joining ACES Power Marketing, Mr. Tudor was the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of PG&E Energy Trading, where he managed commercial operations in the United States and Canada. He also currently serves as a director of Wabash Valley Power Association's Board Risk Oversight Committee and as an external member of the Risk Oversight Committee of the East Kentucky Power Cooperative. Mr. Tudor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from David Lipscomb University. |
